Job Description
Meet and Greet arriving passengers in the claim area; provide assistance and information to individuals meeting arriving passengers. Determine service needs of customers, providing assistance with baggage issues including lost articles, damaged and pilfered luggage
Qualification:
Customer Service experience preferred
Must be able to lift 70lbs or more
Be able to stand, squat, kneel, and walk 70% or more of the scheduled to work time.
Must have schedule flexibility for the weekend, holiday, night shifts
Be able to maintain customer service professionalism while under pressure and stressful environment
Stand for several hours at a time. Must be able to read airline boarding pass
Always be professional in appearance and manners to passengers and any other person with the airport
Training will be provided.
Must pass all pre-employment requirements and those to obtain an Aiport ID with a seal
