Job Title: Lead Developer EDI
Location: Secaucus, NJ - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership in the design, development, and implementation of EDI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI processes into core business systems.
• Ensure ongoing support and optimization of EDI processes and systems.
• Drive innovation and process improvement across EDI operations.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with EDI platforms and protocols (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.)
• Deep understanding of EDI transaction sets, mapping, and translation
• Familiarity with EDI standards in retail, healthcare, or manufacturing domains
• Experience leading EDI implementation and support projects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
