Position Summary: Join our dynamic Outpatient Surgery Center team. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in various settings, including Pre-Op, PACU, and Post-Op. Your role will involve implementing patient care plans, administering medications, collecting specimens, and performing clinical treatments. You will document care delivered and effectively monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and address all patient needs, including discharge and referrals. Evaluate and educate patients and their families according to their individual needs, advocating for their physical and emotional health.
