Job Description

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to join their team. As a Senior EDI Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team supporting the development, testing, and deployment of a new revenue management system. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior EDI Analyst

Location: Deerfield, IL (HYBRID - Onsite 3 days a week)

What's the Job?

• Lead and support the development of key EDI initiatives.
• Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
• Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA, and industry compliant, adhering to privacy and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and deployment of solutions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EDI, with at least 1 year in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong leadership and project management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
