The Jurisdictional Consultant Boiler Inspector conducts in-service inspections of boilers and pressure vessels to ensure compliance with ASME, National Board, and jurisdictional regulations primarily in southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. This role requires technical expertise in boiler construction, operation, and nondestructive testing, along with certifications from the National Board and relevant state authorities. The position involves evaluating repairs, consulting with clients, and adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards under the supervision of the Chief Inspector.

This position is primarily responsible for conducting in-service jurisdictional inspections of boilers and pressure vessels located mainly in southern New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area.
The Boiler Inspector (Jurisdictional Consultant) learns and develops the skills required to manage, inspect, evaluate, and consult with Clients. These inspections are conducted within the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, the Rules of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, The National Board Inspection Code, jurisdictional laws and regulations, and FM programs, procedures, and instructions. The inspector will be supervised by the Operations Chief Inspector.
